FAITH Colleges (First Asia Institute of Technology and Humanities) is an institution of higher learning and research located in the City of Tanauan in Batangas. Since its inception on 08 September 2000, FAITH Colleges is envisioned to be a premier educational organization in the high-growth region south of Metro Manila. It aims to contribute to the humane and holistic development of the Filipino nation and the individual by training and producing graduates who are technologically skilled, well-rounded and competent, as well as grounded on Christian humanistic values.

 

FAITH Colleges is committed to the pursuit of a culture of academic excellence and social and environmental awareness in the community it serves, and to actively undertake research in science, technology, and the humanities.

 

FAITH Colleges offers K-to-12, college, and post-baccalaureate education: the FAITH Total Child Prep School for preschool; FAITH Catholic School for K-to-12; Fidelis Senior High for Senior High School; Tertiary Schools; and School of Graduate Studies.

 

FAITH Colleges is the youngest HEI in the country to be recognized as a Center of Development for IT. FAITH has Level III PACUCOA accreditation for the following academic programs: Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Technology, and Psychology. Recently, FAITH Colleges became the first HEI in Region IV to receive PACUCOA Level III re-accreditation status for BS Psychology and BS Information Technology. The PACUCOA—Philippine Association of Colleges and Universities Commission on Accreditation—is a private accrediting agency which gives formal recognition to an educational institution by attesting that its academic program maintains excellent standards in its educational operations, in the context of its aims and objectives.

 

FAITH Colleges is currently among the Top 100 biggest schools across the country offering senior high school. It has two distinct senior high schools accredited by the Department of Education— FAITH Catholic Senior High School and Fidelis Senior High.

 

FAITH Colleges is also currently one of the leading institutions with the most number of board passers in Accountancy, Engineering, Nursing, Criminology, Psychometrics, Elementary Education, and Secondary Education.

 

The FAITH Catholic School, on the other hand, is PAASCU-accredited. FAITH Catholic School gave the Philippines its first gold medal in World Robotics. PAASCU stands for Philippine Accrediting Association of Schools, Colleges and Universities. It is a service organization that accredits academic programs which meet standards of quality education, officially recognized by the Philippine Department of Education.

 

The FAITH campus boasts of world–class facilities that rival many of Metro Manila’s established colleges and universities. The five-hectare campus boasts of fully air-conditioned classrooms and laboratories used for all levels of education. Its Multiversity Library is a three-level structure that contains thousands of books, periodicals, and reference materials both in hard copies and digital formats. The campus also houses complementary facilities for sports, extra-curricular activities and school functions such as Indoor Sports Arena and Activity Center (ISAAC), a multi-purpose covered court, a 400-sq. m. open field, a multi-purpose hall, beach volleyball court, a chess plaza.

 

Known for its innovation and technology-driven education, FAITH Colleges is dubbed as the garden campus of Batangas. Its expansive grounds feature the ASEAN Garden, the Japanese inspired Serenity Garden, and the College Promenade where the statue of the Virgin Mary called Mater et Magistra (Mother and Teacher) atop a 30-ft vertical pillar watches over the entire campus. wide open spaces such as the College Promenade, and lush gardens for reflection. The School Chapel offers a recluse for prayer, fellowship, and worship.

 

In January 2017, the Space Lounge was inaugurated. It serves as the main cafeteria for FAITH Colleges’ Tertiary and Senior High School students. In SY2017-2018, FAITH Colleges opened its state-of-the-art four-storey building Nuspace Center to house the growing FAITH Academic Community and other offices. In May 2018, no less than the Archbishop of Lipa, His Excellency Gilbert Garcera led the blessing of Nuspace Center.
