The Outlets at LIMA Estate’s Car-Free Sundays Marks Milestone with a Color Fun Run

As the old proverb says, “Health is wealth.” Today, many people strive to lead healthier lives by maintaining a balanced lifestyle — from improving their diets to engaging in physical wellness activities such as Zumba, yoga, running, jogging, and cycling.

However, these activities require large, safe spaces — free from obstacles and distractions like cars or other vehicles — to ensure a comfortable and secure environment for fitness enthusiasts.

Fortunately, there’s a perfect location where you can enjoy these activities without worrying about your surroundings.

At Biz Hub, LIMA Estate, a community-driven program called “Car-Free Sundays” is held every Sunday. It promotes a safe, car-free space for a healthy and active lifestyle. This initiative encourages everyone to embrace a vehicle-free environment — open to Zumba goers, yoga practitioners, runners, and cyclists — every Sunday.

And this coming June 29, 2025, we’ll be celebrating the 1st anniversary of Car-Free Sundays!

To mark this innovative milestone, Biz Hub LIMA Estate is hosting a colorful and exciting fun run event — the “Color Fun Run” — where you can run with pride and splash with color!

In this event you can:

  • Choose between a 3 KM or 5 KM run
  • Join their exclusive raffle promo
  • Win exciting prizes

You’ll also get the chance to run alongside seasoned and well-known runner Ms. Carla Navarro and be fueled by the energizing beats of DJ Jonnel!

📍 Happening at Biz Hub, LIMA Estate on June 29, 2025. See you there!
