Lima Park Hotel’s restaurant Asian Flavours celebrates its first year anniversary on October 7 with a bang featuring its anniversary fiesta P299 buffet. Among the specialties featured in the menu prepared by Executive Chef Paul Poblador are Ensalada Filipina of Poached Vegetables and Bagoong Dressing, Crispy Lumpiang Gulay at Sinamak Vinegar, Kalderetang Bakang-Batangas, Tanglad Roast Chicken, Turon Con Latik for dessert among others.
