FAITH Colleges proudly congratulates the winners of the 1st FAITH Colleges National Painting Competition, officially awarded on December 12, 2025. This inaugural competition showcased the exceptional creativity, technical skill, and meaningful visual storytelling of Filipino artists from across the country. Ryan Caslib, 32, from San Jose Del Monte, Bulacan, took home first place, followed by Ace Enriquez, 44, from Malvar, Batangas, in second place, and Delmar Jacob Torrano, 36, from Sinait, Ilocos Sur, in third place. The FAITH Colleges Bravehearts’ Award went to Michael John Hilario, 39, also from San Jose Del Monte, Bulacan, while Melchor Tagana, 43, from Quezon City, received the Bintana Museum’s Choice Award.
In addition, ten artists were recognized with the Juror’s Prize for their outstanding contributions, including Jester Manalo, Alvin Ritual, Timugen Manayon, Jayson Robles, Amparo Magallanes, Arthur Marcelo, Jericho Windsor Magnaye, Lance Kirby Yaneza, Arline Yaneza, and Christine Joy Abrero.
The winning and finalist artworks will be exhibited at multiple venues, beginning at the FAITH Colleges Community Center from February 2–6, 2026, with the culmination and awarding ceremony on February 6, 2026. The exhibition will continue at Limapark Showroom from February 11–19, 2026, followed by Espacio, Batangas Lakelands, from February 21–22, 2026, and February 23–March 1, 2026. A special People’s Choice Award, selected by the FAITH Colleges academic community, will honor the artwork that resonates most with viewers.
FAITH Colleges extends sincere appreciation to all participating artists, jurors, and partners for making this inaugural competition a resounding success, and looks forward to even greater participation in the 2nd FAITH Colleges National Painting Competition in 2027.
