The Outlets at LIMA Estate Nears Full Occupancy, Welcomes 16 New Tenants

BATANGAS — The Outlets at LIMA Estate, the first and largest outdoor lifestyle mall in Batangas, continues its expansion as 16 new tenants are now in the build-out phase, according to Aboitiz InfraCapital Economic Estates (AIC EE).

Malcolm Santiago, head of Luzon Commercial Operations at AIC EE, revealed that the mall has reached an 89% occupancy rate, with discussions ongoing for further expansion. Situated within the 9.3-hectare LIMA Estate, The Outlets boasts a 29,000-square-meter gross leasable area and offers a growing mix of local and international retail and dining brands.

Among the new tenants set to open are Starbucks, Marugame Udon, Angel’s Pizza, Engkanto Taps, and Lawson, complementing existing big-name locators such as Adidas, Nike, H&M, Guess, Puma, Samsonite, Cafe Mary Grace, and Nono’s.

Recent additions also include Mama Lou’s, Power Mac Center, and Happy Go Department Store, as The Outlets evolves into a lifestyle destination for families, employees, and travelers from Batangas and neighboring provinces.

Foot traffic at the mall ranges from 16,000 to 18,000 on weekdays and surges to 20,000 to 22,000 on weekends, Santiago noted.

The Outlets @LIMA Estate has also been rebranded to align with the long-term vision of LIMA Estate as a fully integrated, future-ready township combining industrial, commercial, residential, and recreational elements.

The estate features amenities such as pickleball courts, a football pitch, basketball courts, and community programs like car-free Sundays, reinforcing its commitment to an active and sustainable lifestyle.
