In celebration of the 336th Founding anniversary of the municipality of Rosario in Batangas, the LGU holds its first “Sinukmani Festival” after over a decade of hiatus. Rosario, Batangas, touted as the “Rice Granary of Batangas”, holds this festival to celebrate the unity of the people and serves as a thanksgiving for prosperous living.
This year’s highlight of the festival is when residents and tourists alike feast on a 2-kilometer-long rice cake and the much-awaited street dance competition which brings in a lot of vibrant colors and energy in the downtown streets of Rosario, Batangas.
