Aboitiz InfraCapital, Batangas State University to Build Integrated Campus at LIMA Estate

Aboitiz InfraCapital Economic Estates and Batangas State University (BatStateU), the National Engineering University, have formalized a landmark partnership to establish an integrated campus inside LIMA Estate in Lipa–Malvar, Batangas.

The project connects education directly with industry by placing students in the country’s largest privately owned industrial estate. Spanning more than 1,000 hectares and home to over 185 companies and 75,000 employees, LIMA Estate provides a real-world environment where students can apply classroom learning to practical experience.

Through industry-aligned programs that include curriculum collaboration, training simulations, and workplace integration, the campus will prepare graduates to be highly skilled and employment-ready. This partnership also reinforces Aboitiz InfraCapital’s vision of building sustainable economic ecosystems, while giving Batangas State University an even stronger platform to deliver accessible, high-quality engineering and technology education.

As Batangas continues to rise as a key growth hub in Southern Luzon, the collaboration is set to create new opportunities for students, strengthen the local workforce, and help shape the future of Philippine industry.
