Italpinas introduces contractor for Miramonti Green Residences

Design driven developer Italpinas Development Corporation awarded the site and structural works of its latest project to D.L. Cervantes last November 22, 2018, and will be the lead contractor in this project. The duration of the work will be fourteen (14) months starting from January 2019.

“We are pleased to inform you the construction of our flagship project in Luzon has officially commenced,” said Architect Romolo V. Nati, Executive Chair and CEO of Italpinas Development Corporation, owner and developer of Miramonti Green Residences.

Miramonti Green Residences, the third project of IDCis located inside the Light Industry and Science Park III, in Sto. Tomas, Batangas.  Miramonti will consist of three towers to be constructed in two phases. The first phase, consisting of 372 units, will be a 21-storey mixed-use condominium to be built on a 2,057 square meter lot, with a total gross floor area of 19,970 sq.m. This first mix-used tower is to be built on a podium with 16 residential floors with offices, parking and commercial spaces.  The amenities include a swimming pool, fitness center, function hall, a sky garden and green features such as solar panels to produce renewable energy for the common areas.
