Kahapon, ika-20 ng Nobyembre, 2018 ay isang inimbita ang mga local and national newsmakers, bloggers at content creators sa isang presscon  ang inorganisa sa pagtutulungan LIMA Park Hotel, FAITH Colleges, Batangas Tourism Council, Batangas Provincial Tourism, Culture and Arts Office (PTCAO) at The Outlets Lipa.

Dito ay tinalakay ang plano para sa ika-437th taon ng pagkakatatag ng Probinsya ng Batangas na may temang “Live, Study, Work and Have Fun in Rich Batangas”. Ito ay sumasalamin sa pagiging mayaman ng Batangas sa aspeto ng Edukasyon, Pamumuhay, Trabaho at sa Turismo. Gaganapin ang tatlong araw na selebrasyon sa Lima Technology Center, Lipa-Malvar, Batangas simula ika-7 hanggang ika-9 ng Disyembre. Sa nagdaang walong taon ay idinaraos natin ito bilang Ala-Eh! Festival sa iba’t ibang munisipalidad at syudad sa Batangas.

Ayon kay Atty. Sylvia Marasigan of the Batangas Provincial Tourism, Culture and Arts Office (PTCAO)  , ngayon taon ay napiling ganapin ito sa bayan Malvar, Batangas upang magbigay pugay sa kabayanihan ni Heneral Miguel Malvar na syang kahuli-hulihang heneral na sumuko sa mga Amerikano. Isa din sa dahilan ng pagdaraos nito sa Malvar ay upang maging mas accessible ito sa mga turistang galing karatig probinsya ng Batangas ayon kay Batangas Tourism Council President Juan P Lozano.

Isang Music and Arts Festival naman ang gaganapin sa isang Mall sa loob ng LIMA Technology Center upang ipakita ang likhang sining ng mga mahuhusay na local batangenyo talents at artists ng Grupo Sining Batangas. Dito ay magkakaroon din ng booth para sa mga produktong matatagpuan dine sa atin sa Batangas at mga organikong produkto.

Sa pangunguna naman ng kagalang-galang Gobernador Hermilando I. Mandanas na bibigyang parangal ang mga katangi tanging mga batangenyo sa larangan ng kultura at sining sa ika-8 ng Disyembre, 2018. 

Sa hapon naman ay magkakaroon naman ng mga single at group performances mula sa mga local Batangenyo Talents, launching ng Lalawigan ng Batangas Music Video nina Crazy Al and Parisukat Band at sa kauna-unahang pagkakataon ay magkakaroon ng Batangas RAVE Party sa LIMA Park Hotel Open Grounds kung saan guest ang mga international DJs na si Tom Taus at Jennifer Lee. Kasama din sa magpeperform ang kilalang Reggae Batangenyo Band na The Blanc.

Naisakatuparan naman ito sa tulong at suporta ng  Steel Asia Manufacturing Corporation, Science Park of the Philippines, Universal Robina Corporation, Mary Mediatrix Medical Center, Hamilo Coast, Liberty Builders and Development Corporation, at Central Azucarera Don Pedro Inc.
