HOW TO JOIN :
1. For every P 500.00 single or accumulated purchase (cash or charge) from SM City Batangas mall
establishments (food and non-food) entitles the customer to one (1) raffle coupon.
2. To claim raffle coupon, customer must present proof of purchase at the designated redemption areas
anytime of the day during the raffle promo period.
3. The customer will have to fill-in their name, address, age, telephone number and affix signature on the
raffle stub and drop their entries (tearing portion) at the designated drop box within the redemption
area. (Raffle participants should be of legal age, 18 years old and above).
4. PRIZES AT STAKE:
1 winner of Mitsubishi Montero
2 winners of 1 million pesos cash
45 winners of 20,000 pesos cash
5. Raffle draw to be held at the Island Carts Area under the supervision of a DTI representative. Deadline
of submission of entries is at 5:45 pm of every raffle draw date: All cash prizes are redeemable through
check.

May 8 6:00 pm at the Mall Area 5 winners of Php 20,000.00 cash tax free

May 29 6:00 pm at the Mall Area 5 winners of Php 20,000.00 cash tax free
June 5 6:00 pm at the Mall Area 5 winners of Php 20,000.00 cash tax free
June 12 6:00 pm at the Mall Area 5 winners of Php 20,000.00 cash tax free
June 19 6:00 pm at the Mall Area 1 winner of 1 unit Mitsubishi Montero tax free
June 26 6:00 pm at the Mall Area 5 winners of Php 20,000.00 cash tax free
July 3 6:00 pm at the Mall Area 5 winners of Php 20,000.00 cash tax free
July 10 6:00 pm at the Mall Area 5 winners of Php 20,000.00 cash tax free
July 17 6:00 pm at the Mall Area 1 winner of Php 1,000,000.00 cash tax free
6. A participant can only win once. Raffle entries will only be honored within periods specified below:
*Raffle entries for the period of April 24 to May 22 (before 5:45pm) will be qualified until the May 22 draw date.
*Raffle entries for the period of May 22 (6:00 pm onwards) to June 19 (before 5:45 pm) will be qualified until the June 19 draw date.
*Raffle entries for the period of June 19 (6:00 pm onwards) to July 17 (before 5:45 pm) will be qualified until the July 17 draw date.
7. Prizes can be claimed provided all the identification requirements are submitted. Winners will be notified by phone and registered mail.
8. To claim prize, winners must present his/her winning raffle stub, notification letter and one (1) valid ID
with photo to the Marketing Department, SM City Batangas Administration Office.
9. Prizes are transferable but not convertible to cash. A 20% prize tax shall be shouldered by SM City Batangas.
10. Unclaimed prizes after 60 days upon receipt of notification will be forfeited in favor of Shopping Center Management Corp. (SCMC) with prior approval from DTI.
11. All employees of Shopping Center Management Corp., its affiliates and their participating tenants, their advertising agencies and relatives up to the second degree of consanguinity or affinity are not qualified to join this promotion.
12. Raffle duration is from April 24, 2010 until July 17, 2010.
13. The promo organizer’s decision is final with the concurrence of DTI.

Excellent point, wonderful blog. Look, did you all hear about Blizz planning to use Real ID on their online community? I guess they came to the realization that that is no way to win at wow, as they reversed that decision. Now we can all resume enjoying wow without worrying about compromised privacy. And they can return to working on Starcraft. BooYAH!
