At first, the idea of the property is for their Family gatherings only, until such time, there are inquiries outside asking if the resort is open for accommodations and that leads to the expansion of the resort idea into a business.

Villa Jovita is a Bali-inspired rest and recreation center located in Brgy. Santa Cruz, Agoncillo, Batangas. It was built in 2017 and has gained quite a following on social media platforms, thanks to its “Instagrammable” attractions. The establishment has been featured in ABS-CBN’s Umagang Kay Ganda and other online vlogs and local media.
One of its major attractions is the Bali Corner where you can find the giant nests and the Bali Swing, or more fittingly called here the Batangas Swing and the Hobbiton Corner inspired by the movie Lord of the Rings.

Belle’s Place Restaurant – your Homey Family Restaurant in San Jose, Batangas
Perseverance and success in one’s business enable you to realize your childhood dreams. This is exactly what happened to the Virtucio Family, who with their flourishing poultry business was able to put up a Restaurant in tribute to their eldest sister Ate Belle.
Company
The Restaurant, established in July 28, 2017, is owned by the Virtucio Family of Brgy. Bagong Pook, San Jose, and you will be able to see their family photos displayed inside the establishment. At first they wanted to put up a Lomi House beside their own Auto Shop (the auto shop is being constructed as we speak) but upon seeing the old home and how beautiful it is, they all decided to make it a full-fledged restaurant serving all the food that Filipinos love. You can see the touch of Ate Brenda in the VIP Rooms, and the masculine influence of their Kuyas in the huge tables and chairs in the restaurant.
The Restaurant
Belle’s Place is mainly a Lunch and Dinner Restaurant with several VIP rooms with KTV for your family, barkada and workmates. To date they have served local bank and organizational group meetings, and they all enjoyed the good food and homey atmosphere.
