This town is accessible to Metro Manila thru the South Expressway via Lipa City. It is ninety (90) kilometers south of Metro Manila. There are national and provincial concrete roads linking Rosario to other Municipalities of the province, as well as the other towns in the provinces of Quezon, Laguna and others in Luzon. The Lucena – Batangas Route, twenty two (22) kilometers territorial length of the town, is on an wast to west course. Another concrete road, Taysan-Lipa City-Manila route, intersects the Lucena-Batangas road at the poblacion on a south to north course, across the nine (9) kilometers breadth of the municipality.
The Batangas City Seaport is about twenty three kilometers west of the poblacion of Rosario. The island provinces of Mindoro Oriental and Occidental, Palawan and Romblon are accessible to this town by ferry boats at Batangas Pier. The Lucena City seaport is about sixty three (63) kilometers east of Rosario, making the provinces of Marinduque and Masbate accessible to Rosario, also by ferry boats at the Lucena Pier.
