The Philippine Marketing Association is an organization dedicated to the advancement of marketing as a profession and a service. Its activities are primarily directed towards the improvement of methods, techniques and practices in marketing in various industries

On February 24, 2010, the PMA Batangas Chapter, in cooperation with the Lima Park Hotel, will sponsor a half-day seminar on the topic “Student Apprenticeship in a Nutshell.” This seminar will be spearheaded by MR. DANNY ARANETA – CABULAY, author of textbooks in Business, Accounting, Hospitality Management, Tourism Laws, and Entrepreneurship and consultant of the Asia Pacific Projects Inc and Hospitality Staff Philippines Inc. on Training, Human Resources, Strategic Planning and Marketing Operations and Financial Management of various companies.

The half-day seminar, which will run from 1:00 – 5:00 pm, is a rallying call for all Business, Accountancy, HRM and Tourism students and professors. The event will be held at the Ballroom of the Lima Park Hotel, LIMA Technology Center, Malvar Batangas. There will be a registration fee of Php 350 per participant to cover snack and certificate of participation. The speaker’s authored books will also be available on sale during the event.
