In a few more moments, the new Mutya ng Lipa will be crowned. And here at De La Salle Lipa Sentrum, Joyce Ann Tapay will be the night’s fairest lady.
Mutya ng Lipa 2010 is Joyce Ann Tapay, daughter of Joselito and Cecil Tapay. Joyce is a 17-year old freshman Management student at the Ateneo de Manila University.
The Sentrum is now filled with Lipa’s most important people – from politicians to businessmen, this event is surely something worth witnessing.
Governor Vilma Santos-Recto and husband Sec. Ralph Recto are also here tonight.
