SM City Lipa Reunites OFWs and Their Families

Overseas Filipino Workers (OFW) reunites with their families right here in SM City Lipa. The event tagged as RE-UNION: An OFW Affair was organized by SM City Lipa to provide a memorable reunion for Batangenyo OFWs and their loved ones.

Batangas ranked 4th in the country with the most number of OFWs. It has also been learned that Batangenyo OFWs have contributed P16 billion worth of remittances since 2007.

For everybody’s enjoyment, raffle coupons courtesy of the event’s sponsors were given away. Sponsors for this event are SMART, PLDT, YSA Skin Care, Big Apple Wellness Spa, Dickies, Marina, and Photoline. This event is hosted by Deejay Lizzie of 99.9 GV FM.

Sir Walter Lingon and his wife (from Pahayagang Balikas) and the WOWBatangas Team are at the event as SM also gives recognition to its media partners. I won a P500 GC from Dickies and JR goes home with a 500 Peso massage from Big Apple.
