Below are the open job positions in order of urgency and hiring priority.

1. One (1) Assistant Office Administrator
- Graduate of any Business-Related or Marketing Course
- he/she will do Business Administration, HR and Marketing work
- is a good multi-tasker and effective communicator
- preferably with 2-3 years of business experience
- fresh graduates may still apply
- resides near Lipa City area
- full-time position only

2.1 Marketing/Sales Assistants
- Graduate of any 2-year or 4-year degree Course
- preferably a Communication or Marketing graduate, but any other course may apply
- he/she will sell and market WOWBatangas products
- is sales-oriented and a good communicator
- fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
- full-time and part-time positions available

2.2 Office Secretary
- Graduate of any 2-year or 4-year degree Course
- preferably a Communication or Marketing graduate, but any other course may apply
- he/she will do basic office-related work
- fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
- full-time position only

3.1 Writers/Editors
- Graduate of any Communications course
- he/she will publish articles online
- is a good writer. period.
- fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
- full-time and part-time positions available

3.2 Multimedia Artists
- Graduate of any Design and Art-Related Course (Computer Science, IT and Multimedia may also apply)
- he/she will design websites and other advertising, marketing-related and content-based tasks
- knows Photoshop very well and learns easily
- preferably with any of the following : 1) skills in Flash development for games and websites 2) knowledge in video production and editing
- fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
- full-time positions only

3.3 Web/Database Programmers
- Graduate of Computer Science, IT or any Programming-Related course
- he/she will do PHP programming and database development
- is a good programmer. period.
- with 2-3 years of web/database programming experience
- fresh graduates may apply
- full-time positions only

4. On-the Job Trainees
- four (4) Marketing or Business students
- four (4) Communication students
- four (4) IT and CS students
- four (4) Multimedia or Arts/Design students
- HRM, Tourism and any other tourism-related course
- OJTs of WOWBatangas experience actual work, are trained properly, and report directly to WOWBatangas Team Members
