A benefit concert for Ondoy victims will be held on October 30, 2009 at the Batangas City Sports Coliseum Open Grounds.
The Batangueno Music Festival ’09 Sigaw ng Kabataan is spearheaded by Shurikenfist Multimedia Productions. The first part of the music fest will be the Battle of the Bands in which the winning band will receive P20,000 cash prize. The second part of the concert will feature the talent of the local rappers.
This concert is also made possible through the help of Mayor Eduardo Dimacuha and Association of Barangay Captains President Vilma Dimacuha. Also taking part in the organization of the event are the Sangguniang Kabataan Province, the City Federation, and the City Fire Marshal.
