The NGO Federation of Lipa City and SM City Lipa joined forces in helping out the victims of Typhoon Ondoy and Pepeng. All together, they packed all the collected donations, goods and clothings from different schools and NGOs in the city. Since the onslaught of the two typhoons in the country, SM City Lipa has become the drop off site for donations for the Ondoy and Pepeng victims.
Meanwhile, according to Mr. Ernie Reyes, President of Lipa City NGO Federation, all the donations will be given to the affected areas in Laguna like Sta. Maria, Sinoloan, Famy, Pakil, Mabitak and Pangil.
Furthermore, Mr. Reyes said that the team is planning to help the other affected towns in the said province in the coming weeks. With this, Mr. Reyes is still encouraging everyone to support and help our kababayans who are still in need of food, clothing and medicine.
