Fiesta World Mall in Maraouy , Lipa City is currently undergoing developmental changes to better their services through their new facilities and inexpensive yet quality products.
In line with this, the first ever Fiesta World Mall Business Convention was held on October 16, 2009 which was attended businessmen, representatives from the local government and other sectors of the community. The convention was themed as “A Promise Delivered”.
The management laid out their development plans and projects to encourage the customers to patronize their services.
According to Lorenzo Kua, Jr., mall president, they have kept their promise to provide excellent customer service, affordable prices, increased annual profitability, environmental responsibility, and quality and genuine service.
One of the recent developments was the launching of Fiesta 168 Hypermart last October 10. Fiesta 168 Hypermart has the “Divisoria” price for their products.
Gwendolyn Wong, LK Group of Companies Chairman, they want to provide their customers with complete shopping and dining experience. She also boasts of the Brunswick kind of bowling lane which could only be found in Fiesta World Mall.
FWM also promotes educational tourism as they have within their landscape the Royal British College, Business Graduate School of Ateneo de Manila University, and University of Perpetual Help.
Jude Navarro, General Marketing Head, that there would be various festivities, week-long sale, gatherings, and fiesta speed zone that features a motorcycle racing circuit.
Also found in the mall’s vicinity are government offices such as the Land Transportation Franchising and Regulatory Board (LTFRB), Bureau of Internal Revenue (BIR), and the National Statistics Office (NSO).
