Belle’s Place Restaurant – your Homey Family Restaurant in San Jose, Batangas
Perseverance and success in one’s business enables you to realize your childhood dreams. This is exactly what happened to the Virtucio Family, who with their flourishing poultry business were able to put up a Restaurant in tribute to their eldest sister Ate Belle.

The Restaurant, established in July 28, 2017, is owned by the Virtucio Family of Brgy. Bagong Pook, San Jose, and you will be able to see their family photos displayed inside the establishment. At first they wanted to put up a Lomi House beside their own Auto Shop (the auto shop is being constructed as we speak) but upon seeing the old home and how beautiful it is, they all decided to make it a full-fledged restaurant serving all the food that Filipinos love. You can see the touch of Ate Brenda in the VIP Rooms, and the masculine influence of their Kuyas in the huge tables and chairs in the restaurant.
The Restaurant
Belle’s Place is mainly a Lunch and Dinner Restaurant with several VIP rooms with KTV for your family, barkada and workmates. To date they have served local bank and organizational group meetings, and they all enjoyed the good food and homey atmosphere.

In the World Egg Festival of San Jose, they won as the 1st Runner Up for their version of Stuffed Egg with chicken. This is one of the cant-miss on the menu (San Jose is the Egg Capital of the Philippines). Other noteworthy food on the menu are the Cheese Bomb Burger, the Crispy Ulo, and the Sisig!

Share Cafe is a restaurant and cafe that owns a very diverse menu. Their freshly prepared meals is a talk of the town.
They offer express meals for only 48 pesos that include 1 1/2 cup of rice, viand, vegetable mix, soup and spring rolls paired with a large iced tea. This express meal menu changes daily which give their customers the taste of home cooking.
The restaurant is now becoming known for its Crispy Pata that is originally and uniquely crispy and tender in its own taste. Their Brick Oven Pizzas are of high-quality ingredients, and their Fried Chicken and Spaghetti are their best sellers. For Beverages, their coffee-based drinks, latte, and cappuccino can be enjoyed for only 50 pesos.
Share Café’s Ordering System that Surpasses all.
Through Share Café’s high-tech ordering system, convenience and satisfaction of customers are well-assured of comfort to their own seats, neglecting long lines, missed or inaccurate orders.
The process of ordering includes: (1) Guests connect to restaurant Wi-Fi with their own smartphones (2) Guests access the menu through their web browsers where they will also place their orders (3) Guests will have to wait for their orders to be served. Payment will be handed when the bill arrives.

Ms. Princess Karina Villena together with her partner, Roland Rosales, aBatangueno Couple owned and conceptualized this coffee shop. They both work in the Middle East for years where most of their bonding time is spent in trying different restaurants to eat and have some coffee.
That leads to an idea of turning their love for coffee into a business where they would also love to invest their time and love for food.
To know more about coffee and stuff, they attended classes and search for potential suppliers and convert all of their ideas into realities, until Brewista is introduced. The Middle East’s influence reflects the concept of their cafe and food but not invalidating the locals.
About the Business
Brewista Coffee and Hookah Lounge, a Filipino food resto with a touch of Middle Eastern Cuisine is located at the heart of QV Plaza at Pallocan West, Batangas City a commercial building within a walking distance from the SM City Batangas. It was introduced to the public last June 23, 2018, and It operates from 10 am to 12 midnight.
Being the first combined concept in town, Brewista lets the customer experience the middle east feels through their menu, store concept that convey the quality of special coffee served with a twist and the Shisha (or Hookah) that is popular in that country which serves as the owners’ second home.

She is a Licensed Geodetic Engr., Owner of Bustria Land Surveying, Licensed Real Estate Broker and the current Director for Geodetic Engineer Batangas Chapter.
She really loves milk teas and the idea of having a shop, after a failed supposed franchise of a milk tea brand because of some legal matters, she entered an idea of establishing her own brand instead. She trained in Manila for Milk Tea, Fruitea and Smoothie making.
Engr. Yesly made sure that the tastes of Yeiztea products are modified depending on her taste preference and what she really thinks people would love too.

The shop’s name is basically derived from the name of the owner, Engr. Yesly since her college friends used to call her “yeiz” and it has been the suggestion of her sisters.
It offers a variety of sips falling under Milk Teas, Fruiteas, Hot Teas, Smoothies and Pica pica. The staff are happily serving customers with their favorite sips.
Yeiz tea’s patron customers are students and those people who really love their milk teas and all.
For Yeiz Tea’s Loyal customers, they introduced the loyal tea metallic cards that once they filled the 12 slots, the customers are entitled to free milk tea.
Last November 1 they launched the “free 12*12 pillow every end of the month” , that for every purchase is equivalent to 1 raffle entry. Items to be given changes monthly.
Aside from her love for Milkteas, Engr. Yesly is fond of singing, in fact she is planning to have a mini bar or an open stage at the second floor of the shop for customers to freely sing while waiting for their orders and also a conference area for business purposes, she wanted to make this happen before the year ends, or early next year.
Engr. Yesly also mentioned that Yeiz Tea will be opened for franchise soon.

De La Salle Lipa Danzcom Pep Squad reaches another milestone for this year marks their 10th founding anniversary. The squad successfully upholds its duty of promoting the school spirit through their dedication and commitment.
In light of celebrating a decade of cheering and dancing, DLSL Danzcom Pep Squad presents their 10th year anniversary concert entitled HUDDLE, a dance showcase commemorating the life, struggles, and stories of student-athletes. It will tell the journey of the athletes’ training and their hard work to win every game. It is a celebration where they unfold the stories behind the colorful life of athletes as well as their hardships and sacrifices that leads to what they are today. This will also be an opportunity to pay tribute the people behind every team’s triumph and the whole Lasallian community for their love and support on De La Salle Lipa varsity teams.
Directed and Choreographed by DLSL Danzcom founder and Benildean Dance Major Cir-Anthon Paolo Garing, HUDDLE will present a contemporary dance hybrid of athletic movements and will be the concluding event of the Lasallian Arts month.

MFU Eatery – Capitol Restaurant is the home of the very unique ADOBONG KABAYO and TAPANG KABAYO in Lipa City, Batangas.
History
In 2016, the owner Ms. Maria Fe Marquez saw the opportunity to offer Adobong Kabayo here in Batangas, after seeing how the Manila branches of Capitol Restaurant are doing well with this delicacy. Tagalog na kabayo is a very healthy meat, less in cholesterol, and packs a lot of protein and energy. It is also relatively tastier compared to beef and goat meat.
Ms. Maria Fe and her cook at MFU always prepare the meat well and serve it na “hindi maanggo”. It was an instant hit as a viand and as pulutan for those who are near Brgy. San Sebastian. Very soon, MFU started offering free delivery to its customers.
Along with Adobo at Tapang Kabayo Special, they also offer Crispy Ulo and Pansit Canton/Guisado. The WOWBatangas Team was also able to taste their chopsuey and their chopsuey really good, the perfect sidekick of the Tapang Kabayo.
Aside from these bestsellers, they also serve Gotong Batangas and Bulalo in the morning. Truly, one can find a Batangueno taste in MFU.

Pinky Swear Nails is a nail salon and spa that provides the latest and advanced nail care and design services. It is located along JP Laurel National Highway Mataas na Lupa, Lipa City in front of De La Salle Lipa.
The Salon
Youthful and elegant is the best phrase to describe Pinky Swear Nails. The lavender theme with pink touches adds sweetness and feminity vibes to the salon. Once you enter, lavender scent will surround you in the lounge while soothing music improves the relaxing mood. The lounge is cozy. There are 4 individual couches with pillows and one sofa which is good for 3 persons. There are two rooms designed for other treatments like waxing and eyelash extensions. The place has a cozy ambience. Air-conditioned, accessible to Wi-Fi and has magazines you can pass the time with. The sets of nail lacquers, towels and treatment tools are well-organized and clean.
By next month, Pinky Swear Nails 2nd branch at Villa Lourdes will open to more clients. This branch is bigger to accommodate more customers and provide more services like body massage and spa.
The Founder
At the age of 23, Ms. Sharmaine Roxas has already established her own business named Pinky Swear Nails. Ever since, she loves taking good care of her nails. After getting some funds from her internship in the US, Ms. Sharmaine pursued putting up her dream nail business last June 2016.
Before the business officially opened, Ms. Sharmaine took nail care training in Manila for several weeks to learn all the services that her salon offers. She trained her own staff from basic to advanced level. Aside from being a well-skilled entrepreneur, she is also a nail care educator in Quezon City who trains aspiring nail technicians. When it comes to managing her salon, she is hands-on owner and she does this by sourcing high-end nail polish brands herself, procuring different tools and apparatus, evaluating performance of her staffs(while keeping the salon clean and sanitized), and making sure of top-notch quality service to customers. The latest Nail Care and Design Trends? Those are exactly what Pinky Swear Nails offers to its customers.

Pinky Swear Nails uses high-end nail polish brands which are imported from US. The tools and apparatus are sterilized before being used to make sure that they are safe. There are wide arrays of nail polish colors from gel, glitters, matte and glossy. Clients can be delighted with different nail arts and designs. The salon has nail printer called 02 nails. You can customize your nail with whatever design you can think of. The salon opens for spa party for weddings, birthdays, anniversaries or any events.
