About the Owner
Perfect White Beauty is a brand established and formulated by a 28 years old passionate woman, Ms. Shielan Crisel Dimaano. She started as a reseller of beauty products of other brands. Then she thought of establishing her own brand because beauty products are quite easy to sell and most of the girls used it.
According to Ms. Shielan, introducing and promoting a new brand to the market have been a struggle when they are starting, as she and her repeating customers were used to the former brand she used to sell, the called transition and the switching. But then she was able to anticipate those implications because of the client’s acceptance of her new brand and products.
Ms. Shielan is very particular in hiring staff, that personality matters. Before she releases their products, she makes sure that it is tested and effective that she try it to herself first.
She emphasizes that it is self-fulfilling if you are able to do what you want and where you are passionate about and getting an income at the same time.

Perfect White Beauty is a Gluta Spa in Lipa, Batangas that was introduced last December 2017, initially it is a 16sqm shop with 4 chairs and Gluta drip as their service offered that sells 3 external beauty products ( Perfect White Beauty Soap, Oatmeal Soap, and Lotion).
The business succeeded and got it stable spot in the market, that they have to move into a bigger place to accommodate more clients, they added more services such as facial, slimming, eyelash extension, nail services, and others, and from 3 external beauty products, Perfect White Beauty now has 12 external beauty products that make it an all in spa.
Eight months after its successful launch in the market, they were able to establish its second branch last September 08, 2018 at Rosario, Batangas which happens to be the owner’s birthday gift to herself. They also have a branch at San Juan, Batangas which is a partnership type of business.
Perfect White Beauty is also open for those who want to start on venturing on Gluta Spa and Beauty Products business.
