Resort Profile

Ecofarm Resort was established in 1998. The owners decided to have a resort that they can also use for a vacation with kids. It is located at Purok 1, Sta. Maria Sto, Tomas, Batangas. The resort has a your-home-in-the province feel to it, and its rooms have a scenic view of Mt. Makiling.

They have a half-hectare Orchard with fruit bearing trees and beautiful plants. The orchard consists of Langka, Suha, Avocado, Rambutan, Mangga, Bayabas, Saging, Guyabano, Lukban and Papaya, perfect for fruit-picking activities (with the permission of the caretakers of course!).

The Resort accommodates weddings, birthdays, reunions, team buildings and any group celebrations. They have two pools, one for adults with 5-7 feet depth while the other is a kiddie pool. There’s a tent perfect for picnics, small or large groups, cottages, kubo and tables, rooms with television, CR and kitchen for those who want to stay there, and covered garden hall area with hanging vines from the ceiling. Perfect for birthdays, big events, bands, celebrations, wedding receptions or area for large activities. They also have Karaoke Room for an additional fee. Those who avail rooms can use their Billiards, Dart Board, and Mini basketball Court which are free for all clients.

• For early check-in or Late check-out 300 per excess hour. Please inform us before confirming your date reserve.
• Kindly indicate if you will have your own sound system, speakers, bands, Dj, catering services, etc. Before going to Ecofarm Resort.
• Bringing of food, drinks, grilling is free of charge. Bringing of electrical equipment, electric guitars or any other big equipments have fees.

Transportation

By Public Transpo:

From Waltermart Tanauan Batangas, get a ride in tricycle there and ask the driver to take you to Ecofarm Resort. It cost 40 pesos in one ride.

By Private Car:

There’s a Filinvest facing Waltermart in Tanauan Batangas. From Filinvest, you can see a way then enter from there. After two rotonda, you will see Marantha School Academy then just go straight and you will find Ecofarm Resort.

HOW TO GET TO BAUAN DIVER’S SANCTUARY RESORT

The resort located in Brgy San Pablo, Bauan Batangas along Balayan Bay. Diver’s Sanctuary is a 2-hour ride by private car or van via the South Luzon Express Way (SLEX). Exiting out to the Santa Rosa Exit and turning RIGHT to the highway going up to Tagaytay, Turn RIGHT at the end of the road when you see the majestic Taal Volcano. Make a LEFT at the Tagaytay Rotunda and move along the highway. Your next LEFT will be about 20km along the way just right after the San Miguel rest house on your left, but before the Petron Gas station which is also on your left. This is the mountain road going to the town of Lemery.

The Casa Amara View

From the main highway, we turned left going to Brgy. Imelda. The access road is rough, but our companions who were in their subcompacts easily handled the terrain. A few meters from Casa Amara, an overlooking view of the sea will greet you and we immediately realized then that this will be a different San Juan experience. Casa Amara itself looks like a castle from afar, situated on top of a cliff, right beside the sea. We get mixed feelings of excitement, anticipation, and fear because of how high the house in relation to the sea below.
