Perfect White Beauty is a brand established and formulated by a 28 years old passionate woman, Ms. Shielan Crisel Dimaano. She started as a reseller of beauty products of other brands. Then she thought of establishing her own brand because beauty products are quite easy to sell and most of the girls used it.

According to Ms. Shielan, introducing and promoting a new brand to the market have been a struggle when they are starting, as she and her repeating customers were used to the former brand she used to sell, the called transition and the switching. But then she was able to anticipate those implications because of the client’s acceptance of her new brand and products.

Ms. Shielan is very particular in hiring staff, that personality matters. Before she releases their products, she makes sure that it is tested and effective that she try it to herself first.

She emphasizes that it is self-fulfilling if you are able to do what you want and where you are passionate about and getting an income at the same time.

Description
Armed with idealism and passion to serve the underprivileged, Dr. Vicente L. Magsino, a U.S. trained doctor returned to his homeland to practice medicine in 1958. He converted an old factory to a modest clinic in Lipa. Soon, his unique brand of service and expertise slowly found its way to the hearts of the locals and neighboring towns in the province.

In 1965, the humble clinic evolved to Magsino General Hospital (MGH), a two-storey health facility with 30 beds and specialized services.

The increase in patient base and breakthroughs in medicine paved the way for the organization to build a much larger health facility. In July 23, 1994, MARY MEDIATRIX MEDICAL CENTER was unveiled to the public. The center was named after its patron, a loving tribute to our Lady of Lipa, Mary Mediatrix of All Graces. The main building housed 100 beds with advanced diagnostic services and a two-storey medical arts building for physician’s clinics.

Mediatrix made state-of-the-art medical procedures and health experts more accessible to patients in this side of the region.

Ecofarm Resort was established in 1998. The owners decided to have a resort that they can also use for a vacation with kids. It is located at Purok 1, Sta. Maria Sto, Tomas, Batangas. The resort has a your-home-in-the province feel to it, and its rooms have a scenic view of Mt. Makiling.

They have a half-hectare Orchard with fruit bearing trees and beautiful plants. The orchard consists of Langka, Suha, Avocado, Rambutan, Mangga, Bayabas, Saging, Guyabano, Lukban and Papaya, perfect for fruit-picking activities (with the permission of the caretakers of course!).

The Resort accommodates weddings, birthdays, reunions, team buildings and any group celebrations. They have two pools, one for adults with 5-7 feet depth while the other is a kiddie pool. There’s a tent perfect for picnics, small or large groups, cottages, kubo and tables, rooms with television, CR and kitchen for those who want to stay there, and covered garden hall area with hanging vines from the ceiling. The resort located in Brgy San Pablo, Bauan Batangas along Balayan Bay. Diver’s Sanctuary is a 2-hour ride by private car or van via the South Luzon Express Way (SLEX). Exiting out to the Santa Rosa Exit and turning RIGHT to the highway going up to Tagaytay, Turn RIGHT at the end of the road when you see the majestic Taal Volcano. Make a LEFT at the Tagaytay Rotunda and move along the highway. Your next LEFT will be about 20km along the way just right after the San Miguel rest house on your left, but before the Petron Gas station which is also on your left. This is the mountain road going to the town of Lemery.
